In this section, SEA offers an information area to publish data concerning the quality level of the main services provided to passengers directly or by third parties at Linate and Malpensa airports. SEA is continuously monitoring the activities carried out in Milan airports in order both to guarantee compliance with the standard service levels agreed with ENAC (the Italian Civil Aviation Authority) and to promote an ever improving quality in order to meet the different needs of its customers.
