Milan, 29 November 2013 – Malpensa undergoes a complete makeover in anticipation of the EXPO. Terminal 1 will be completed, and all the areas that have been operating since 1998 will be rebuilt to be in line with the layout of the new spaces.
Milan, June 24, 2013 – The Shareholders’ Meeting held today at the registered office in Linate reviewed and approved the 2012 Annual Accounts and appointed Pietro Vitale Modiano, Susanna Zucchelli, Salvatore Bragantini, Mario Anastasio Aspesi and Susanna Stefani to the Board of Directors, based on the slate presented by the Municipality of Milan. Renato Ravasio and Mauro Maia were appointed from the slate proposed by F2i.
FY 2012 results are higher than FY 2011, despite the decline in traffic
Milan, 27 March 2013 - No significant impact on the concentrations of micropollutants directly or indirectly related to emissions associated with airport activities has been identified. This is what emerges from a survey by ARPA, the Regional Agency for Environmental Protection, carried out on behalf of the Municipalities in which the airport is situated.
Road traffic and wood combustion are the main causes of pollution of the area surrounding Malpensa, as is the case in other parts of the Lombardy Region.
Milan, 10 January 2013 – Malpensa Airport expands. The new concourse is ready and will be inaugurated on 13 January with the Malpensa Party Day, on which this modern, elegant and brightly lit structure will be unveiled and will start serving new aircraft and passengers.
The opening of the new 35,000 m2 concourse (of which 3,000 are dedicated to VIP lounges) will increase the terminal’s capacity by 50 percent.

An agreement was signed today between SEA, Air Pullman and the Union of Ferno and Lonate Pozzolo Municipalies for the surveillance and control of airport parking.
